Can't view threads in forums, train military, research, ect.
An error message shows up like this when you try.

it would also seem that ticks have stopped. My power, money, and population have not changed.

I've looked into the issue... And I don't have good news. I have to dramatically recode a substantial amount of script due to a server update. Syntax for previously acceptable code was changed, so that basically a decent amount of the old code was changed to no longer work (As you are seeing here). I'll try to give an ETA later when I have a better grasp of the new syntax.

I've developed a workaround so that instead of rewriting the code, I'll instead just have to alter it slightly. Ticks are going again, but other scripts will take a little bit more time.
